Jelter is the data controller for the Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG). This means that Jelter decides what personal data is processed, with what purpose that happens and in what form.
Jelter solely requests and processes personal data from User that are necessary to offer and/or improve the Service.

These services process personal data in accordance to their own privacy policies. Jelter is not responsible for what these services do with the by them, if not via the Service, collected and processed personal data from User.
In a case of an error in the Service we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone
called Log Data.
This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Jelter strives for optimal protection of User's personal data and takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect this personal data. However keep in mind that there is no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and Jelter cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal data
The Service is not meant for Users younger then 13 years old or for Users between 13 and 18 years old without consent
from a legal representative. In case that Jelter discovers that a User under 13 or a User between 13 and 18 years old
without consent from a legal representative has provided Jelter with personal data, Jelter will immediately
delete this from its servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
Jelter does not store User's personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose of the processing. When removing a User's account, Jelter removes as much of the User's personal data as possible. Jelter cannot guarantee that all personal data will be deleted; for example, personal data can be stored in a group User was part of and will be kept in statistics.
User has the right to inspect his personal data at all times and the right to correct or delete request his personal data. User can no longer use the Service after removal.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent
to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on User's device's internal memory.
